Position Summary

Key Responsibilities
Develop and Implement Growth Strategies: Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the technology solutions sector.
Client Acquisition and Retention: Build relationships with new clients while maintaining and expanding relationships with current clients.
Market Research: Conduct thorough research to identify emerging trends, potential markets, and business opportunities.
Lead Generation: Drive initiatives that generate new leads and create a robust sales pipeline.
Strategic Partnerships: Formulate and establish long-term partnerships with key stakeholders to promote the company’s growth.
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed company revenue targets.
Negotiation and Closing: Lead contract negotiations and close deals with prospective clients.
Reporting & Analysis: Track performance metrics and report on progress towards business development goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience: 5-6 years of proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within the technology or innovation sectors.
